Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, polished, hospitality-driven professional who will help coordinate the daily operations of our luxury showroom while creating exceptional experiences for every guest.
This is not a traditional retail or office position.
Every day is different.
One morning you may be preparing breakfast for architects attending a presentation. Another day you may be organizing inventory, merchandising new products, assisting a client with gourmet pantry selections, preparing the showroom for a private dinner, receiving deliveries, or helping coordinate an exclusive event.
We’re looking for someone who believes exceptional hospitality is found in the smallest details and who naturally notices what needs to be done before anyone has to ask.
Responsibilities
Showroom Operations
● Open and prepare the showroom each morning.
● Maintain impeccable presentation throughout the day.
● Ensure every space is clean, organized, and beautifully styled.
● Coordinate showroom cleanliness and daily upkeep.
● Maintain lighting, music, fragrance, flowers, and overall ambiance.
● Receive and organize deliveries.
● Assist with daily operational needs throughout the showroom.
Luxury Hospitality & Guest Experience
● Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
● Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, wine, cocktails, and refreshments.
● Understand proper serving etiquette and table service.
● Set beautiful tables for meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and events.
● Present food and beverages with elegance and attention to detail.
● Anticipate guests’ needs and create a five-star experience.
● Help ensure every visit feels effortless, welcoming, and memorable.
Events & Entertaining
● Coordinate breakfasts, lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, tastings, and private presentations.
● Prepare and reset event spaces.
● Coordinate catering and hospitality vendors.
● Shop for event supplies when needed.
● Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events.
● Help execute special events with attention to every detail.
Kitchen & Hospitality
● Prepare simple breakfasts, light lunches, and refreshments for the team and guests when needed.
● Showcase and serve products from our curated gourmet pantry.
● Assist with tastings and culinary presentations.
● Maintain a spotless, organized, and fully stocked kitchen and pantry.
Luxury Pantry & Boutique
● Maintain and merchandise our luxury pantry and gourmet grocery collection.
● Keep products beautifully displayed and fully stocked.
● Track inventory and product movement.
● Coordinate reorders with vendors.
● Assist clients with product selections and purchases.
● Help develop seasonal merchandising and product displays.
Inventory & Purchasing
● Maintain showroom inventory and supply levels.
● Organize storage areas.
● Receive and inspect merchandise.
● Coordinate vendor orders and deliveries.
● Assist with purchasing and inventory systems.
Administrative Support
● Assist with scheduling and vendor appointments.
● Coordinate calendars for events and showroom activities.
● Support management with daily operational tasks.
● Help ensure projects and daily operations run smoothly.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
