Description
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for daily, logistical tasks related to the coordination of patient care and efficient provision of services.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, inspecting, shipping, and receiving of patient equipment and supplies.
- Tracking and managing of shipping schedules for patients.
- Management of inventory levels; ordering of equipment and supplies when needed or requested.
- Answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic.
- General data entry, scanning, and uploading of documents – ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
- General administrative duties when necessary.
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
