Overview
Fire Protection Service Department Coordinator:
Alaskan Based Fire Protection Contractor looking for qualified individual to join our team and assist with scheduling, coordinating with clients and field technicians, to include processing of Municipal and State reporting requirements of daily service work and inspections. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills for both clients and coworkers, and be detail oriented and focused while managing multiple duties on a daily basis. Additionally, this position will require the ability to utilize our operating system for scheduling , invoicing and billing of all service work within the department. Looking for someone who is s self-starter, with good attitude and respectful to others.
Responsibilities
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for service department activities
- Maintain accurate organized records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using Build-Ops, Sage and Microsoft Office applications
- Client communication: by providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer support standards are met
- Timely arrival to work- Office open Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Software knowledge on Sage and Build-Ops
- Knowledge of Fire Sprinkler Industry
- Good customer service internally & externally
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
