Service Admin Clerk – RideNow Phoenix Jobs in Phoenix at RideNow Group

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a Service Admin Clerk to join the RideNow Phoenix Team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Notify customers when unit is ready for pickup, or to schedule unit delivery
  • Greet and welcome customer when they come into the serviced department
  • Manage and help customers schedule service appointments and service related updates
  • Answer and direct incoming service calls
  • Sales Warranty Submissions
  • Controlling Work Distribution

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of admin experience, dealership background a preferred
  • Exciting and engaging phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
