Service Admin Clerk – RideNow Phoenix Jobs in Phoenix at RideNow Group
RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a Service Admin Clerk to join the RideNow Phoenix Team.
What You’ll Do:
- Notify customers when unit is ready for pickup, or to schedule unit delivery
- Greet and welcome customer when they come into the serviced department
- Manage and help customers schedule service appointments and service related updates
- Answer and direct incoming service calls
- Sales Warranty Submissions
- Controlling Work Distribution
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of admin experience, dealership background a preferred
- Exciting and engaging phone presence
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
