Our firm is seeking a versatile and highly organized professional to fill the role of a commission based Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Executive position for a vertically integrated hemp extraction laboratory positioned for Pharmaceutical production and distribution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various facets of our organization, supporting laboratory operations and pharmaceutical product sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical based or pharmaceutical based sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to multitasking in a dynamic environment. All positions are paid and require a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to Pharmaceutical clients to expand operational efficiencies and revenues under the guidance of Chief of Operations.
- Provide work flow forecasting, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence handling
- Assist in laboratory sales operations by coordinating inventory, managing and preparing sales, and ensuring Pharmaceutical compliance with safety protocols under the guidance of company policies.
- Prepare, review, and process sales orders and ensure proper protocols are followed for logistical procurement and advising clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and other office tools for daily tasks
- Maintain client accounts and employ professional client relationship management skills.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively as they relate to sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and office management software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills with professional experience.
- Knowledge of event planning logistics and project coordination techniques
- Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and document transcription
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and other lab responsibilities
- Experience working in laboratory or scientific environments is a plus but not required
