We operate in the Canadian tourism and luxury transportation industry through the brands TourBeez, Limo Royal, GTA Coach & Niagara Falls Tour. We provide reliable, well-coordinated travel and transportation services to individuals, corporate clients, and groups.
What You'll Do?
- Handle general accounting: GL, AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Process intercompany transactions and support month-end closing.
- Prepare and assist in monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
- Ensure financial data is accurate and policies are followed.
- Track and monitor revenue, costs, and expenses.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Help improve finance processes and keep workflows efficient.
What We're Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting/finance operations.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems or accounting software, specially in QuickBooks.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Ability to work on every other Saturday.
- Ability to speak in Tamil would be a definite advantage
