Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional in Vancouver to join the US Corporate Tax Services group. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
Provide support to a team of Partners and US Tax professionals
Type and format correspondence, reports, or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Maintain Partners’ billing records and assist with collections and processing of A/R
Plan and organize internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings
Perform administrative tasks related to the department’s operations such as research, coordination of special events, updating documents, and filing
Assembly of U.S. corporate tax returns and assembly and printing of tax forms
Other administrative duties as required including photocopying, filing, mailing/courier as required by professional staff and Partners
Perform other duties as assigned

Your experience and education
You have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity
You are a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks while dealing with confidential information
You have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adhere to deadlines
You display strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
You have the ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with added value for familiarity with Microsoft CRM, and Workday.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
You have the ability to work extra hours as required
Salary range is between 56,000 to 73,000 CAD
