Secretary/Administrative Assistant Jobs in Grandy, NC at Four Seasons Pest Control

Full-time position for a busy office located in Grandy, NC, to work alongside other secretaries in a small, friendly family company.

Main duties;

  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling technicians
  • Input data into the computer system
  • Type and produce company letters and other documents
  • Other general duties, such as filing
  • Inputting and scheduling work orders
  • Liaising with realty companies
  • Billing customers as well as working out technician pay

Required experience;

  • Previous office experience is preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient use of a computer; Mac experience preferred.
  • Professional & friendly disposition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Customer service/sales background preferred but not essential
  • Hours are full time, 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to work well with others in a small office setting

Benefits/compensation;

  • Salary is reviewed annually
  • 1 week paid vacation (pro-rated) after probationary period. Added days with longevity
  • Sick days available
  • Position subject to a satisfactory probationary period
  • Two recent references are required
  • Access to a company-provided doctor after 90 days.

Room for advanced responsibilities. 1 weekend per month required May-October.
