About this opportunity:
This seasonal position is responsible for directing customer calls and assisting walk-in customers and visitors to the corporate office as well as accurately entering and updating customer account information.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure that all customer service functions are handled in a timely, efficient, and appropriate manner, including, but not limited to, that they are performed consistent with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a proficient working knowledge of the Company’s customer service practices and other policies and procedures and implement them in connection with all customer service activities.
- Preparation of documents for data entry.
- Completion of data entry daily.
- All daily functions are completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain a proficient working knowledge of the JDE software modules as it applies to the position.
- Process credit card, cash, and check payments.
