What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services, obtaining necessary approvals for changes or cancellations
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of provider contact information
- Ensure all medical appointments, special instructions, and patient information are accurately entered into the electronic medical system
- Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation for compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with Epic and medical terminology is preferred
- Ability to frequently lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Capability to perform various physical activities, including sitting, standing, and repetitive movements

- Experience with Epic and medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar role
