Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Scheduler role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The Scheduler will oversee daily scheduling operations, which include managing appointments, coordinating schedules for staff and clients, and addressing scheduling changes promptly. Responsibilities include communicating with families and staff to ensure clarity in schedules, maintaining accuracy in the scheduling system, and resolving conflicts to optimize therapy delivery. Maintaining records with high attention to detail and providing administrative support to the team are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with families, staff, and team members
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, data entry systems, and general computer skills
  • Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and adapt to last-minute changes
  • Commitment to confidentiality and sensitivity when working with families and private information
  • Previous experience in scheduling, office administration, or a similar operations support role is preferred
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy or healthcare settings is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
