Pay Range: $26.00 per hour – $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a SCA General Clerk II at SodexoMagic, you are a master multitasker and detailed orientated. You will support team by using your familiarity with the terminology of the office unit. You will select appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures or make simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine and varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures
• Perform activities such as photocopying, scanning, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information and scheduling appointments.
• Answer telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands.
• May receive, count, and deposit cash, as needed
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 2 or more years of related experience.
