We are a high-end salon suite rental business with 15 locations in the Twin Cities. We rent private salon suites to hair stylists & beauty professionals. Our beauty professionals are small business owners who run their own businesses out of our suites. They expect a professional and clean environment at all times. Our mission is to provide our beauty professionals, and their clients, with exceptional customer service in a high-end ,clean, and inviting environment.
About you:
You are someone who is engaging and will go out of their way make a customer’s experience exceptional! You listen, you help and you have a positive attitude. You must have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion without constant supervision. You are meticulous about organization and cleaning! You must be proficient and enjoy using various forms of social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Salon experience is not necessary but preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients to their stylist/beauty professional
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment
- Promptly answer calls, texts & other inquiries regarding services and leasing
- Follow up on prospective beauty professionals interested in leasing a suite
- Maintain clean common areas, break room and bathrooms
- Regularly promote salon and its customers (Suite Renters) on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Perform clerical work including keeping track of licenses, reporting maintenance issues, and various weekly reports for management
- Help plan and encourage attendance to salon social events/parties & classes
- Manage, stock & replenish janitorial supplies – paper towels, toilette paper, hand soap, office supplies, etc.
Days/hours: Mon – Fri 9AM – 5PM (or 8:30AM – 4:30PM)
