EnvyMe Hair Studio (HydePark) is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Salon Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, Not afraid of systems and is wanting to build a career with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, system driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service to both clients and team members. While prior salon experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to learn things the EnvyMe way.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must reside within 15–20 miles of Hyde Park
- Minimum 6 months of customer service, administrative, front desk, or coordinating experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable transportation required
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
- Experience with booking systems (Booker or similar software) is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
- Support retail sales and product recommendations
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon
- Track employee time and attendance as directed
- Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks
