Support Our Expanding Salon Family Keyser Enterprises is the driving force behind multiple Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City locations across five Midwestern states. We’re hiring an Operations Assistant to join our St. Louis office and play a vital role in keeping our salons and studios running smoothly and looking their best.

Primary Responsibilities

• Strengthen partnerships with cosmetology schools to attract top talent
• Assist with stylist and esthetician recruitment and interview processes
• Handle product and supply procurement for all salon locations
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility needs at the store level
• Deliver reliable operational support across our growing network

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active Cosmetology license
• Brings previous office or administrative experience
• Possesses excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrates strong communication and people skills
• Enjoys the fast-paced beauty industry environment
