We are seeking a motivated and organized Salon Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with scheduling appointments and inquiries.
- Manage the salon’s point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and record-keeping.
- Supervise salon staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on available services and products.
- Maintain an organized retail space through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or salon environment is preferred.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Experience with cashiering duties within a retail setting is essential.
- A background in sales with an emphasis on upselling techniques is beneficial.
- Knowledge of product demos related to beauty or personal care products is advantageous.
