We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide critical support to our outside sales organization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced business environment, thrives on organization, and takes pride in providing outstanding service to both customers and internal team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and operational support to the outside sales team.
· Prepare customer quotations, pricing requests, and sales proposals.
· Coordinate product samples and maintain follow-up with customers.
· Assist with inventory availability, product sourcing, and delivery coordination.
· Maintain customer records, pricing files, and sales documentation.
· Assist Account Managers with customer follow-up and project management.
· Generate sales reports and maintain CRM and ERP system information.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales Department.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
