Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, Lebanon. The Sales Support Officer will play a critical role in assisting the sales team by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment. Responsibilities include preparing renewal letters, proposals, and Excel-based budgets; extracting and compiling reports from internal systems; creating and formatting documents in Word and Excel; managing email communications; and performing other administrative duties as needed. The role demands a high level of focus, accuracy, and responsiveness to support the sales team effectively and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to extract, organize, and analyze data from internal systems.
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Professional email etiquette and clear communication style.
- Personal Attributes:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry is a big plus.
