Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, Lebanon. The Sales Support Officer will play a critical role in assisting the sales team by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment. Responsibilities include preparing renewal letters, proposals, and Excel-based budgets; extracting and compiling reports from internal systems; creating and formatting documents in Word and Excel; managing email communications; and performing other administrative duties as needed. The role demands a high level of focus, accuracy, and responsiveness to support the sales team effectively and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or sales support roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to extract, organize, and analyze data from internal systems.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Professional email etiquette and clear communication style.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry is a big plus.
