Sales Representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

eFulfillment Service is seeking a motivated, well-organized sales representative who will be responsible for sales activities related to small and medium-sized accounts, as well as aiding other sales staff through administrative and clerical support.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the SalesMarketing team to follow up with prospects based upon information gathered from lead generation programs
• Provide direct sales support for small and medium-sized prospects
• Engage with prospects and clients in a compelling and articulate manner in both verbal and written communications
• Research prospects to identify key contacts within an organization
• Help to ensure new clients experience a seamless transition between the Sales and Client Services teams
• Enter prospect and customer information into CRM system (SugarCRM)
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat from sales prospects and set appointments, when necessary
• Assist with other sales administrative tasks
