Position: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Location: Fairview, TN (Relocating to Columbia, TN within ~ 6 months)

About the Position:

We’re hiring a high-level coordinator to keep both our office operations and sales pipeline moving.

You will be the primary point of coordination for this office, identifying gaps, solving problems, and ensuring seamless follow through. You’ll support day-to-day operations while helping our sales team stay organized, responsive, and effective.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, works with urgency, and wants to grow into a key part of the business.

This position is currently based in our Fairview, TN office and will transition to Columbia, TN within approximately six months. Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance to both locations or willing to accommodate the transition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine administrative workflows including data entry, database maintenance, and the preparation and organization of documents
  • Answer and direct customer and team member calls with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Organize, track, and distribute documents to support operational needs
  • Provide general administrative support to keep both office and field operations running smoothly
  • Communicate directly with internal and external customers
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts
  • Help develop leads and screen prospects
  • Create accurate, professional proposals to support the sales process

Position Requirements:

  • Administrative experience strongly preferred and more valuable than a degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong general computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and proactively execute
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Independent thinking, sound judgment, and resourcefulness
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation will reflect the level of ownership and ability to operate independently.

Salary: $45,000 – $58,000, based on experience and long-term fit.
