Your Role: Sales Operations Coordinator
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales and marketing teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone organized and proactive, eager to contribute in a dynamic, international environment while gaining valuable experience in sales operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute daily tasks related to products and promotions for assigned clients.
- Provide administrative, technical, and clerical support to sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and data visualization using Power BI, Excel, and other necessary tools
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors and logistics
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure company policies are followed
- Performing other sales/office operations related task to support whenever necessary
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT-related role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI, etc.)
