The Greeter/Receptionist is a very crucial position at the dealership as they are the first person a client meets as they walk in. The Greeter/Receptionist must ensure an amazing initial impression by greeting clients, offering hospitality, and introducing them to the appropriate member based on their needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offers hospitality
Determine clients’ needs, and locate appropriate member to assist
Introduce client to appropriate member
Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
Follow other administrative duties that may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Operator’s Driver’s License (must be insurable)
Must pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
Skills – Communication, Stress tolerance, team player, accountability, result-oriented
Flexibility with schedule
