Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales of Volgren’s and Marcopolo’s school, charter and coach bus products, achieving budgeted sales numbers and market share. It is a pivotal role to increase Volgren’s presence in this market niche, where the Sales Executive will travel across the country actively engaging with customers, promoting the brand, and contribute to achieving sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with our National Sales Manager on pricing and product specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- A goal-oriented, customer-centric professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer interaction, ideally within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Heavy Vehicle Driver License.
