We are working with a leading manufacturing business who are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and grow a high-performing sales function across the GCC. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong, long-term customer partnerships across both project and retail channels.
The role:
You’ll take full ownership of the regional sales performance, translating strategy into action and ensuring consistent delivery against revenue, volume, and margin targets. Alongside driving growth, you’ll lead, coach, and develop a dynamic sales team while fostering strong collaboration across internal functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the regional sales budget, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
- Develop clear sales strategies by market, sector, and channel
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead and develop both projects and retail sales teams, driving performance and accountability
- Strengthen pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and pricing discipline
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into underpenetrated segments
- Support major negotiations and key account development
- Champion a customer-first approach, promoting value-led and solution-based selling
- Work closely with technical, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver results
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within construction, technical, or B2B sectors
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and owning commercial performance
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering growth
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, with a passion for developing high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent English required (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
