PART TIME Sales Department ASSISTANT
Job description
Work from home doing various assigned tasks including Excel spread sheet data entry, communicating via phone and email to customers (restaurants and hotels), creating documents via Microsoft Office software. Processing orders–assisting the sales director and projects manager and cold calling to help the sales department with lead generation
Work requirements:
Must have a PC computer or laptop with internet, (no Macs, tablets or Chrome books) Must have e-mail access and a telephone. Must be “Computer and Email Literate” with good written and verbal communication skills. Must have current Microsoft Office installed on PC and be able to work “PROFICIENTLY” with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must be Self Motivated
Telephone communication experience a BIG plus.
Previous managerial experience a plus.
Must commit to minimum 30 plus hours per week
(6 hours per day minimum Mon—Fri. DAY SHIFT)

Pay package: $500 week to start–$660 week after 60 day trial period
