Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with customer orders, handle invoicing, and contribute to marketing activities, especially during events and shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team members with processing customer orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding order details and updates
  • Prepare and manage invoices accurately
  • Maintain organized records using Excel and Word
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for events and shows
  • Support team during trade shows or marketing events when required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Chinese-speaking ability preferred
  • Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus

Work Conditions:

  • Onsite position
  • Monday to Friday schedule

Pay: $4,200.00 – $5,000.00 per month
