The Role
You will be the central hub of our daily office operations. Your job is to keep our sales agents organized and moving fast by managing the critical details and paperwork behind our accounts.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Processing Applications: Handling insurance applications and ensuring all data is entered accurately and submitted on time.
- Tracking Paperwork: Following the lifecycle of files to ensure no deadlines are missed between our clients and insurance carriers.
- Professional Communication: Managing daily email and phone correspondence with clients, underwriters, and industry partners.
- Handling Daily Variety: Managing a wide range of administrative tasks that change from day to day.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
