Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Process orders, track sales data, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents
  • Assist with CRM updates and pipeline management

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
