We’re known for quality craftsmanship, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As we grow, we’re adding a key team member to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, organize, and maintain project files (physical and digital), including warranties and closing documents
- Schedule client appointments for roof repairs and gutter work; coordinate with homeowners
- Serve as the first point of contact: answer phones, direct calls, and assist with customer inquiries
- Accurately enter and update job information in our CRM
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and agreements
- Assist with invoicing as projects progress
- Help homeowners navigate HOA application requirements
- Prepare, submit, and track roofing permit applications (experience preferred, not required)
- Support the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of administrative experience (construction/roofing industry preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with tools like AccuLynx or CompanyCam is a plus
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Professional communication—both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
