Purpose
Work Remote Position
Pay Range: $41.4306-$62.1459)
Provides oversight & support of the workflow & functions in accordance with level of experience, education & standards. Assumes an expanded role & increased responsibility including delegating to others. Participates in the development of & the process improvement of policies & procedures. Works closely with leadership to maintain efficient & effective operations to ensure quality in daily operations.
May partner with leadership with the selection, orientation & performance feedback of the team. Works cooperatively to ensure that key customer needs are being met & achievement of operational & performance goals.

Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)
- Monitors of Revenue Cycle metrics for assigned scope of responsibility. Escalates to management, metrics that are not in alignment with KPI goals or initiatives. Performs root cause analysis and provides feedback to leadership opportunities for metric improvement.
- Applies revenue cycle operational knowledge and system skills to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies using system knowledge and organizational established workflows. May lead improvement opportunities as assigned by leadership.
- Analyzes and identifies trends impacting account resolution and aging AR within a specific payer's inventory. Quantifies and escalates trends to leadership.
- Fosters, develops and maintains relationships within and outside of the organization. Communicates with various levels of colleagues and management in a professional, effective manner both orally and written.
- Supports Additional Projects and responsibilities related to Patient Financial Services – this includes Billing, Accounts Receivables Management, Cash Posting, and Customer Service.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of progressively more responsible Revenue Cycle experience

HFMA Certification (CRCR, CSBI, CHFP)
