Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Floor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various Store tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls using office phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Greet Customers and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

- taking repair and delivering ready repair to customers
- Maintaining Retail showroom readiness
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in handling various tasks.
