Collectibles Cards & Games is expanding again! With thriving locations in Carrollton and Flower Mound — and our brand-new Addison shop now open — we are looking for two dedicated Retail Associates to join the crew.
This isn’t just a "job"—it’s a ground-floor opportunity. We are on a massive growth trajectory, with Shop #4 already slated to open in August. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow into leadership as we scale, this is it.
As we expand, we need the right person to help coordinate customer facing staff and back of the house operations. This position will require some desk work and some floor work. Highly organized and detail oriented candidates will be selected for interviews.
The Stats
- Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour.
- Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week).
- Flexibility: Employees "float" between our North Texas locations (Addison, Carrollton, Flower Mound) based on scheduling needs. Reliable transportation is a must!
- Advancement: We promote from within. As we open more locations, we need leaders.
Your Mission
- The Ultimate Guide: Assist customers with TCGs (Magic, Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc) and our massive selection of Video Games, specializing in Retro Gaming classics.
- Inventory Specialist: Process trade-ins, authenticate rare cards, and test vintage consoles/carts to ensure quality for our community.
- Community Architect: Provide the expert-level service our regulars expect while making new hobbyists feel welcome.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized shop and handle POS transactions with precision.
Requirements
- Diverse Hobby Knowledge: You should know your way around a trade binder and a vintage NES or Sega collection.
- The "Float" Factor: You’re adaptable and happy to work at different locations depending on the weekly schedule.
- Retail Grit: Experience in high-volume retail, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Career Ambition: We want people who want to move up the ranks as we open Shop #4 and beyond. Learn how we play the game and then teach it to others!
