Key Responsibilities
- Track employee presence in the office, field, or leave status to maintain accurate workforce records
- Prepare and review utilization and manpower reports to support resource planning and decision-making
- Administer and update system records to ensure accurate employee information and smooth processes
- Generate and analyze workforce-related reports to provide insights for management
- Maintain organized records and provide accurate documentation for audits and compliance requirements
