We are a growing gate fabrication and installation company specializing in custom driveway gates, automated gate operators, and access control systems for residential and commercial clients. Every project we take on is custom — no two jobs are exactly alike — which means our operations demand someone who can think on their feet and keep things organized in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
This is a right-hand role. You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day of the business, keeping everything running smoothly so the owner can stay focused on fabrication, installations, and clients. You’ll manage the schedule, handle quotes and invoices, coordinate with customers, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We want someone who learns how we work well enough that they already know what’s needed before we ask. If you’re the type of person who finds satisfaction in a perfectly organized day and takes pride in a business running like a well-oiled machine — this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do
- Scheduling & dispatch. Manage the owner’s calendar and coordinate installation appointments, site visits, and follow-ups — keeping the crew moving efficiently every day.
- Quotes & estimates. Prepare professional quotes for driveway gate fabrication, automation systems, and installation jobs based on information provided.
- Invoicing & payments. Send invoices, track outstanding balances, and follow up to make sure we get paid on time.
- Client communication. Be the first point of contact — answering inquiries, confirming appointments, and keeping customers informed throughout their project.
- Stay ahead of the operation. Know what’s on deck, what’s coming up, and what needs to be done before being asked. Anticipate. Prepare. Execute.
- Run the day-to-day. Handle emails, calls, task tracking, vendor coordination, and whatever else keeps the business moving.
- Help build better systems. As we grow, help us create processes and workflows that scale.
