Key Responsibilities 1) Administrative Support and Record Management

  • Update trackers and internal documentation to support operational visibility.

2) Communication and Correspondence Management

  • Assist with handling customer inquiries and ensuring requests are directed to the appropriate team members.

3) Scheduling, Meetings, and Coordination

  • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for team members or departments.

  • Assist with meeting logistics including agenda preparation, document sharing, and note-taking.

  • Track follow-up actions and ensure key meeting outcomes are documented and communicated.

4) Financial and Operational Assistance

  • Support basic bookkeeping activities including invoice processing and simple financial record updates.

  • Assist with inventory tracking and order processing when required.

  • Communicate with vendors regarding operational or administrative matters.

  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and operational workflows.

5) Marketing and Digital Support

  • Schedule and publish social media content using management platforms.

  • Assist with website content updates and digital information maintenance.

6) Cross-Department and Project Support

Candidate Requirements

  • One to two years of administrative or business support experience preferred.
