We are exclusively partnering with a leading international manufacturing company to identify a hands-on supply chain leader ready to take ownership of end-to-end operations across Asia Pacific.
This is a high-impact regional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — managing planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service across multiple countries while driving real operational improvement.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲:
- Own end-to-end supply chain across APAC — planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service
- Lead and develop a regional supply chain team across multiple countries
- Drive continuous improvement in OTIF, inventory accuracy, forecast adherence, and logistics cost
- Collaborate directly with Finance Director and Executive VP at Asia Pacific level
- Work closely with manufacturing, sales, finance, and procurement teams regionally
- Support S&OP process and communicate supply risks and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Manage 3PL partnerships and optimize freight and distribution performance across the region
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7-10 years+ of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years in a regional or multi-country team leadership role
- Proven experience in MNC and manufacturing environments across multiple countries
- Solid knowledge of MRP/ERP systems — SAP S4H preferred
- Strong understanding of SEA import/export processes
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working closely with manufacturing sites
- Fluent English with strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills
