Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lease renewal follow-ups for Leasing team
• Coordinate on-demand repairs and maintenance requests
• Serve as secondary contact for tenant inquiries
• Process invoices and maintain accurate reports
• Create and assign work orders to technicians
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of facilities coordination experience
• Proficient in Facilities Management or ticketing software
• University/College Degree in relevant fields preferred
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
