About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Director for Bancassurance to lead and grow our business development team across the Central Region. You will drive sales, strengthen partnerships with OCBC Bank, and ensure world-class service delivery across all branches. This is a strategic leadership role for someone with a proven track record in bancassurance and financial services sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 8–10 Business Development Executives and Deputy Regional Directors to achieve regional sales targets.
- Own and execute annual and quarterly business plans to deliver measurable growth.
- Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with OCBC Bank leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive structured training, coaching, and capability-building initiatives for partner bank staff.
- Ensure high-quality customer and partner service standards and timely issue resolution.
- Uphold governance, compliance, and operational excellence across the region.
- Represent the region in management meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- 10–15 years’ experience in bancassurance or financial services, including sales leadership and team management.
- Proven track record in regional bancassurance sales; ability to share sales performance over the last 3 years is preferred.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, strategic, and results-driven.
- Comfortable traveling extensively and attending client events beyond regular hours.
