3 month FTC

£25,000 per annum

We are working with a leading contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This is a full time, 3 month fixed term contract position (with the possibility of being extended) based in Stratford.

As a Recruitment Administrator your tasks will include;

Working alongisde the Recruitment Manager on live vacancies within the business and assiting in the recruitment process

Advertising vacancies (both internally & externally)

Reviewing job descriptions with managers

Organising interviews with managers

Providing feedback to recruitment agencies

Ensuring that all managers follow the recruitment process

Working alongside the HR team to assist in the onboarding process

Keeping an up to date report on recruitment activities

Any other ad hoc admin and project related duties

Essential criteria;

Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.

Professional and confident.

Diplomatic and discreet with the ability to handle sensitive matters.

Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.
