SYSTEM4 LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Records Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing company records in both physical and digital formats. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient retrieval of records, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records in accordance with company standards
- Accurately file, sort, and retrieve documents as requested by staff or management
- Ensure all records are up-to-date, complete, and properly labeled
- Assist with scanning, digitizing, and archiving documents
- Monitor and manage records retention schedules and ensure proper disposal of outdated files
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security
- Assist in audits by providing requested documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to improve recordkeeping systems and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in a clerical, administrative, or records management role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with document management systems is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
