I opened my agency in October 2024 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent three years as a team member and completed the Agent Aspirant Program before opening my own agency. I’m proud to have already mentored an aspirant who has gone on to open their own agency. I’m a graduate of Louisiana State University, married with two boys, and enjoy spending time outdoors and cheering on LSU sports.

- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
