ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a strong team of eight who work together to serve our customers and community. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent, so this business has been a part of my life for many years and has helped shape the values I bring to leading our office.

I graduated from Georgia State University and have a family with two daughters, along with a dog and a cat at home. Family is very important to me, and that perspective carries into the way we support one another as a team. We stay involved locally by sponsoring community events and supporting initiatives throughout the area. Being present in the community and building real relationships with the people we serve is a priority for our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Trent Lewis – State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
