I opened my agency in December 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. I’m also a second-generation State Farm agent, so serving customers and supporting the community has always been a part of my life.
I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and am proud to serve the community I call home. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We proudly support organizations and events throughout the area, including the Buffalo Bisons, the Clarence Youth Baseball League, local charity events, and community fundraisers. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
