Physical Therapy Outpatient clinic located in East Lansing is looking for a dedicated, hardworking personnel as a Receptionist/ PT Technician.
Receptionist
Answering phone calls -take messages , call Dr’s office and patients.
Schedule patients.
Office work- entering new patients info, scan docs, organize ,faxing and copying paperwork.
Communicate with Doctor’s office as needed.
Verify Insurance benefits, call insurance for authorization and keep records of info.
Communicate with Biller , send and store received docs as needed.
Knowledge of Word and Computer skills – receive and send emails.
Ordering supplies for office and clinic.
Rehab Tech
Receive patients for appointments – transport and help patients in and out of clinic/ machines as needed.
Help therapist with patients as needed.
Clean/disinfect after every patient.
Set up treatment tables.
Laundry- wash , fold and stack linen as needed.
Keep the gym clean and safe for patients.
Previous experience as PT Tech/ Outpatient PT clinic/ MA is preferred.
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
