Schedule:
Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch
Pay:
$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on qualifications
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Take accurate messages
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills are a plus
