The Role

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team in a part-time, in-office role (3 days per week) based in Ormond.

This is a key frontline position responsible for managing inbound communications, coordinating enquiries and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all inbound phone calls and enquiries
  • Triaging and directing calls and messages efficiently
  • Monitoring and responding to the general inbox
  • Maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
  • Coordinating mail, couriers, visitors and key collections
  • Providing general administrative and operational support

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in reception, administration or customer service
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and work independently
  • Confident, reliable and takes ownership of your role

Important to Note

This is a fully in-office role. Some days, you may be the only team member in the office, as others may be working remotely.

While the broader team is highly collaborative and supportive via phone and Microsoft Teams, this role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, confident as the sole in-office presence at times, and proactive in managing their workload.
