Role Description

We are recruiting for one part-time (30 hrs a week, 1-6pm). Additional hours may be required and a progression to full time it's possible.

Receptionist role based on-site at our Westhill location. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, check in and check out tasks, scheduling follow up appointments, and maintaining an organised reception area. Additional duties include handling clerical tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and supporting administrative processes. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients in the building, providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in inperson professional Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing schedules and greeting guests
  • Strong Clerical Skills, such as handling digital records, organising files, and supporting administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities, including patience, problem-solving, and maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • Good computer literacy is a must; familiarity with scheduling softwares are an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role in healthcare is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a medical environment
