** Receptionist
* *** Full Time
** We’re looking for an organized, people-oriented Clinic Receptionist to help ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment while supporting accurate scheduling, registration, and payment processes.
What You’ll Do:
* Greet patients warmly and collect demographic, billing, and payment information
* Schedule appointments accurately and verify patient contact and insurance details
* Update records, scan paperwork, and schedule follow-up visits
* Answer phones promptly, gather necessary information, and route calls appropriately
* Provide updated schedules to nursing staff and providers
* Assist patients with forms, insurance card copies, and portal enrollment
* Collect co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and outstanding balances; log and post payments daily
* Monitor office supply needs and report to the Clinic Coordinator
* Cross-train and assist in other clinic office areas as needed
Qualifications:
* 2–4 years of customer service experience (preferred)
* At least 1 year of experience in a physician clinic office (desired)
* Medical terminology knowledge or coursework (highly preferred)###
