Role Overview
We are seeking a professional Bilingual Receptionist & HR Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This dual-role position combines front-desk reception responsibilities with essential HR administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties:
Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
HR Support:
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and scheduling orientations.
Maintain employee records and ensure they are updated and organized.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
Support HR in managing attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
Help in distributing company communications and employee notices.
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prior experience in receptionist or HR roles is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HR or office administration is advantageous.
