Panshi Resort (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, and assist guests, clients, investors, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and transfer calls as required.
  • Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and reception registers.
  • Receive, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
  • Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and administrative records efficiently.
  • Ensure office security by monitoring visitor access and preventing unauthorized entry.
  • Restrict entry to the Managing Director’s office without prior approval.
  • Prepare and submit daily work reports to management.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments when required.

Real Estate & Client Service Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client, investor, and prospect databases.
  • Provide preliminary information regarding company projects, including land, apartments, resorts, and investment opportunities.
  • Support customer relationship management activities to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Resort

Additional Requirements

  • Must be smart, attractive, confident, and corporate presentable.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing
