Job Description / Responsibility
Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and assist guests, clients, investors, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and transfer calls as required.
- Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and reception registers.
- Receive, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
- Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain office files, documents, and administrative records efficiently.
- Ensure office security by monitoring visitor access and preventing unauthorized entry.
- Restrict entry to the Managing Director’s office without prior approval.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports to management.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments when required.
Real Estate & Client Service Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client, investor, and prospect databases.
- Provide preliminary information regarding company projects, including land, apartments, resorts, and investment opportunities.
- Support customer relationship management activities to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Resort
Additional Requirements
- Must be smart, attractive, confident, and corporate presentable.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing
